What is the registration fee for the in.sight User Conference + Expo?

Conference Attendees, Sponsors and Exhibitors:

Late registration: $1,225 [July 22 - August 16]

Full guest registration: $750

Tuesday night event guest registration: $225

Note: All funds are collected in USD

What does the registration fee include?

  • 3 days of sessions, materials, networking and events. With access to over 350 educational sessions hosted by PeopleNet, TMW Systems, both PeopleNet and TMW Systems there is no shortage of content available to you.
  • All meals, beverages, snacks, receptions and evening entertainment.
  • Software labs and demonstrations, unlimited access to the in.sight LAB for personalized help-desk questions and troubleshooting.
  • Industry and business speakers and access to an Expo Hall packed with over 80 different exhibitors and partners.

Note: airfare, transportation to and from the resort and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee.

How can I pay for my registration?

Registration fees must be paid via credit card during the registration process.

Will I receive a receipt for my registration?

Your email confirmation will serve as your receipt. You will be receiving an email from this email address: info@insightuserconference.com.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made by July 21, 2017 will be fully refunded. Cancellations made after July 21 and before or on August 4, 2017 will receive a refund of 50% of the paid fees. Cancellations made on or after August 4, 2017 will not be refunded. Substitutions will be accepted at any time.

When should I arrive/depart?

The conference will officially kick-off on Sunday, August 13 at 6:00PM and conclude Wednesday, August 16 at 12:30PM. PS: Robert Herjavec from ABC's Shark Tank will be our closing speaker on Wednesday at 11:00AM - you're not going to want to miss it so make sure you stick around!

Can I modify my schedule after I have registered?

Yes! You can change the educational sessions you've signed up for at any time. Here are the steps to complete this process:

  1. Within your confirmation email there is a link to access your registration; click that link and enter your confirmation number (located within your confirmation email)
  2. Under the payment details there is a link to access your registration details.
  3. In the "My Registration" page, click on "Modify Registration."
  4. Select "Registration" on the far right.
  5. Go through the registration process to the Sessions page and Add or Remove.
  6. Complete the registration process and your selections will be saved.
  7. View them under My Registration → My Agenda

How do I book my hotel room?

We have a block of rooms reserved at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center at a discounted rate of $177 USD per night. To make your hotel accommodations, please visit: https://aws.passkey.com/e/49000320 or call 888.777.6779 x3 and mention the group name: in.sight.

I can no longer attend, can I substitute someone else from my company in my place?

Yes! Substitutions are welcome at any time. Here are the steps to complete this process:

  1. Within your confirmation email there is a link to access your registration; click that link and enter your confirmation number (located within your confirmation email)
  2. On the top navigation, click "Substitute Registration"
  3. Enter the first name, last name and email address of the person taking your place.
  4. That person is now registered and will receive a confirmation email.

Is there a suggested dress code?

The majority of the conference is business casual. Some exceptions to this are during our evening events:

  • Monday Evening (Customer Appreciation Dinner): Cocktail attire fit for a night celebrating our customers!
  • Tuesday Evening (Downtown Nashville Block Party): Nashville chic - jeans, cowboy boots and big belt buckles all welcome.
